i began my dance journey at a young age, training under the royal academy of dance at the york studio jane gardner.
over the years, i’ve explored a wide range of styles and trained with world-renowned dancers in london, los angeles, amsterdam, and copenhagen.

today, my work blends years of professional dance experience with tools developed through working 1:1 with hundreds of women — alongside my own personal journey of overcoming, softening, and reclaiming power.

i guide women into their most empowered, feminine, and sensual selves.
i’ve worked with thousands of women across the world, creating powerful, soul-rooted spaces to move, soften, and awaken.
