Sophie Sou is a Professional Dancer and Embodiment Coach based in Vienna, internationally recognised for her healing fusion of dance, sensual embodiment, and transformational bodywork. Her work is a living devotion to the feminine body — an invitation to return to your fluid, alive nature.

With classical training under the Royal Academy of Dance in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, and Musical Performance, Sophie’s path has led her to international stages and music productions across Europe and beyond. Yet beyond performance, her deepest calling lies in guiding women into authentic sensual embodiment. Shaped by years of experience and deep inner exploration, her approach honors the body as art. 

Sophie has developed refined practices that awaken feminine power, deepen body connection, and anchor lasting self-love and confidence.
